More discipline isn’t the answer either. Discipline involves strict rules & if you’re already having a hard time following the “rules” you have in place (aka: consistency) making them more strict isn’t going to help—it’ll have the opposite effect.

My adhd will absolutely ruin all the things lol. I’m 100% either just depressed or adhd gave me joy in something different(the gym breaks me out of depression bc the good feels.. then it falls off.) btw I don’t like the words discipline or obedience

This isn’t practical or feasible for most but we took every single bonus, tax refund, and extra dollar we had and built a home gym piece by piece. Neither my husband or I could find the time to leave the house to go to a gym so that’s what worked for us.
