i don't do voice acting but I know never to tell anyone how to voice act unless it's genuine advice on how they can improve from my perspective. i have SOME experience but I am currently not in the voice acting industry, and I know there's a lot more to it than a lot of people think. never correct someone's voice acting unless they're very much doing it wrong (like not reading the context for the scene or how the tone should be, if that makes sense)

Two genuine questions, one how do you convey/act out strong emotions and actions like breathing heavy when your angry or crying when you distraught without it sound unrealistic, and second does it take practice to change the range or pitch of your voice to sound completely different or are their common tricks that can be used to have that affect immediately?
