I hope people know that once you plead guilty to resisting arrest you can’t sue the Police for unlawful use of force. Once you are convicted in a court with a higher burden of proof you can’t go to a lower and ask for money. So no pay day for you buddy.

Working on corrections, it’s literally in our policy and part of our personal protection class to use punches both for distraction techniques and for self defense. I have personally punched an inmate who was resisting. Everyone would have thought it looked bad if dude in the car had gotten tased, sprayed with OC or punched. Force is force. It’s not ugly.
