Hear me out….put some dollops of cottage cheese on a cookie sheet and bake it at 350 until it melts and is bubby brown. Sprinkle some garlic salt on top and BOOYAH! It’s life changing.

It’s amazing !!! I also use plain yogurt and French onion soup , you can not tell it’s not French onion dip plus 23 grams of protein 🎉AMAZING!!!

Hey Justin…you can also do that with Greek yogurt (plain) and it’s like a creamy ranch dip. Also, Lipton Onion Soup with Greek yogurt makes a sour cream and onion dip. ☺️
