Not out of line. I refuse to buy trad published books until they come down in price or I can buy them used. They've gotten way too expensive, whether in Ebook or physical form. On the plus side, I buy a lot more self published books now.

So I won’t pay more than 12.99 because my favorite authors new books are that at price and have been for years. If they had raised the price then I’d be more of a rant but keeping it the same and for someone I really really like I don’t mind paying $3 more.

I've got actual paper books cheaper on Amazon then the Kindle price.. listed in the four boxes and paper back is sometimes two or three dollars cheaper and that's with the shipping! wth.

I hate when I can get the paperbacks sometimes the hardback cheaper than the ebook especially bc i have wrists that are bad at their job and I like books that threaten the structural integrity of my bookshelves
