I used to play on bedrock, and while it's possible to add stuff to the game, even some of it, it's nothing compared to the vast amount of content that something like curseforge can easily and simply provide for you. and then, curseforge is free. look at some of the biggest mods of all time. Create, Iron's spellbooks and Alex caves just to make a few, have entire communities behind their mods, and in some special cases, there's even teams of tens of people working on the mod. so there's definitely an opportunity to for people to make themselves known using mods on java. in fact, I'd say it's probably better, as there are a lot of bedrock marketplace things that are just crossovers. plus, The bedrock marketplace is official. Microsoft supports it. you can't just throw something on there. you can however do the same much more simply with curseforge or modrinth. so getting to the point, Java modding is easily and objectively the better way to mod. there's no arguing it. I've played both Minecraft marketplace things, and java mods
