I’m so sorry you are going through this and you rock for advocating for yourself. I am genuinely curious about something though.. since OB’s are trained surgeons, why isn’t he willing to do the 2nd D&C himself?

I had a molar pregnancy and ppl call me a liar and that is not a real diagnosis. tha know you for sharing this! I am in my 40s and ppl will argue with me about it. it is a rare occurrence but very real. I am sorry for your loss ❤🙏.

Dealing with medical negligence & fighting with doctors while going through a miscarriage is a hell I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Everything is a million times worse & then you have to constantly retell the story because it’s now in your medical history forever. I moved states a few years ago and the new Dr I was seeing didn’t believe me… wanted to call & speak with the OB from out of state to confirm my story before she’d give me birth control 😵💫🥴

This is why I love my current OB. When I had my miscarriage at the end of Feb it was literally after I had my first appointment with him to check on everything. He presented me with the information point blank and didn’t sugar coat. Sure enough he was right and I miscarried that night.

That’s a very high HCG my sister was at 30,000 at 4 weeks and that alone was high 🥺 I’m so sorry you’re having to go through this 🥺

Girl that Cytotec is brutal, I also had to do 2 rounds of it for a blighted ovum pregnancy. My doctor said I can either wait and let it pass naturally or we can go with meds so I can plan for it, which I greatly appreciated with having two young kids, got time off work, prepped some meals ahead of time.
