Find a gym in your area with a reverse hyper. I swear I had a herniated disc. It was taking me 5 minutes to get out of bed and I couldn’t sit or stand without pain. I did the reverse hyper with about 155 on it for 2x20 and it fixed me instantly. I even deadlifted 495 the same day.
