Try polytron oil. Change after 50 000 km / 31 000 miles. (So they say.👀 kinda believe it after the crazy good results on my car) I just changed it on my car and is like for first time lubricated.

Take care of it and it'll last you. Been doing that with my 2002 BMW Z3M roadster for 23 years and that S54 been great rod bearing get replaced with it was new as they knew it was a problem but 1500-3000miles between changes for me.
