This list screams you havent been in a long term relationship lol - if your partner of 4 years gets the opportunity of their dreams in a different city and you love your job and dont want to move, long distance sometimes just makes sense and dumping someone over that would be bizarre

actually two people committing to couples therapy before marriage as a really positive and mature step. A strong relationship is built before marriage, not after, and therapy can be a great way to strengthen communication, understanding, and connection early on. It’s not about the relationship being doomed; it’s about valuing the partnership enough to invest in its health then & there. Waiting until marriage to work on those things feels backwards & to assume before marriage your arguments would be "easier" than marriage is super incorrect.

Do pre-marital counseling. She will push issues that may not come up organically in dating/engagement and for my wife and I it was wonderful validation.
