Omg amiga I totally get it! My grandma passed at a certain hospital then my partner was very severe at that hospital. When I went back for my partner I felt like I was going to have a anxiety attack.

Its true, My best friend passed from cancer in this very particular hospital. Ironically the neurologist that I was assigned is across the street and the first day I walked by I felt anxious, felt like throwing up, its like that empty feeling with so many emotions from that day came back. I can totally relate.

Hospitals are traumatizing in general I can’t imagine what you’re feeling after all you’ve experienced there. Hopefully after today’s surgery you’ll have at least one better memory of pupis quality of life getting better ❤️🩹 praying for you Amiga

For me it’s the noise of the monitors. I immediately get PDSD. It reminds me of my mom dying it reminds me of my daughter almost dying and being in a comma. And for the smell I recommend you put a little lavender oil under your nose or any oil you have. That would help me a lot. You can do you it amiga! You’re so strong💙🙏🏻
