FAQ: every family or group usually pays for an amount of noodles and they provide you with your dipping sauces, you have your own bamboo slide as to not share with other groups, the slides are a water wood so they don’t mold easily but are replaced regularly and kept very sanitary, the water is cold to keep the noodles from sticking but the noodles are usually perfect eating temperature bc you eat them immediately in your preferred sauce, there’s a net at the end that collects all your wasted noodles (that you paid for, so it’s almost like a game), this is very common.
