Yeah this is the reason why I fw death battle. Instead of nitpicking different feats and scenarios from different variations of the character, they use the most consistent version from a cohesive storyline. Death battle isn’t scaling these characters to their max potential/power it’s their most consistent version and miles most consistent version isn’t keeping up w deku. Miles isn’t fighting gods on the regular, he’s saving the city of New York like a regular Spider-Man.

Listening to this video, it's not that Miles scales to Knull, it's that he is the only one with a counter to the symbiotes as a whole. That's why it works on them so well, but it doesn't work as well on his own villains. The vibranium suit is strong but it's still not as strong as BP's so demi gods can affect it with their strength, but Miles is pretty durable on his own.

I'm sorry. there's no way he beats deku. inconsistent feats doesn't work. deku could punch so hard thered be clear sky's. spidey is not surviving that. this is also cause comics have too many writers whereas a Manga has a single author for the majority of its story and their characters are more consistent. outliers, sure miles could win but consistent miles, no way.
