this is not factual at all. they are moving forward with the trend that the rest of the nfl is doing. they are one of the last teams to put this in their contracts. their second round pick also has this in his contract.

I totally understand the clause in the contract and how it is supposed to work. I think the clause should be in EVERYBODY'S contract. If a player goes to jail, why should the team pay him for being incarcerated??? Simple math, I pay you to play, not to go to jail.
