I remember asking my mom for Pocket edition and at the time we were broke so I had to get those off brand ones. 2017 comes around and I have a brand new IPAD with a Red rubber case and my mom surprised me with Minecraft Pocket Edition and I’ll never forget how simple yet decadent it was for the first time. It was surreal I couldn’t believe it, it was everything I needed and wanted in one. It was bliss, elegant, beautiful, and most of all it had soul because it came from YOU. Nothing changes without YOU changing. This game genuinely changed my perception on these types of games and THIS is what started it all. Remember there’s always going to be room for reflection but that’s what makes us unique, each of us have a different outbringing, and a different character, and most Importantly a different purpose. And for that reason that’s why I believe Minecraft became so huge in the first place. It was developed to help us stand out, be creative, and do what WE wanted. At the time Minecraft set us free, it was an alternative world for some of us and it was a way for us to express ourselves without having someone else interfere or even just a way to escape reality. This is why I’ll always love Minecraft.❤️
