You have to find a good doctor bc some of them actually wean you off and some of them actually help you with therapy and other stuff through it but there are ones that put you on it and just keep you on it (talking about subs) and they dont wean you or give u the mental help you need with therapy and the mental is just as important if not more. Im not saying don't do what you gotta if it saves you. but its not meant to stay on like that, its meant to get you off the other stuff and then wean you down . Felt like they just exchange one for another and the withdrawls can be far worse than some of the others and can last a whole lot longer just saying so be careful who your dr is. js

I really want to take the shot I’ve been on subs for six years and I feel tired all the time now and I just want to be free from taking it but I’m so afraid of going through withdrawal and that’s the only thing holding me back… but I truly feel like the shot will be the way to do it. Prayers for me to be free from this. Thanks for your inspiration!!
