Slow down, spend more time in nature, longer meditations. Being in appreciation and gratitude. I have five planets in Leo, including my sun. I’m actually feeling better, less frazzled. I have been stepping back and looking at the big picture and not getting so caught up in the craziest of the day today. And definitely looking at a major change in my way of showing up.
