I do CrossFit in the morning and can't workout without eating first(oats with chia and butter) but then I crash if I don't eat protein at least 45mins after my workout...in fact we are told we should be doing that to build muscle...these tips aren't very inclusive of people who do periods of intense exercise

i want to share mine.. my last meal is before 6 half cup of rice and fish and veggies and nothing anymore at night only water.. then my first meal is 11am i eat egg first coz i am so hungry then at 12nn i eat banana saba and veggie and fish or meat then fruits

This is 💯 true! Snacking kept insulin levels elevated! Now, my first meal is always high protein, fibre, berries.. always walk after meals… aches, inflammation reduced.. have more energy !
