Low carb Jambalaya pasta. -1 box protein pasta - 1 tablespoon olive oil - 1 tablespoon butter - 1 large onion, diced - 4 andouille sausages, halved lengthwise and cut into 1/4-inch half-moons - 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped - 1 (14 ounce) can crushed tomatoes - 3 green bell peppers, seeded and diced - 2 zucchinis, diced (optional) - 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning - 1 teaspoon hot sauce (or to taste) - 12 ounces chicken bone broth - 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and chopped - 1 pound cooked, peeled, and deveined shrimp Instructions: 1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Prepare Ingredients: In a large baking dish, pour the uncooked protein pasta, diced onion, andouille sausage, minced garlic, crushed tomatoes, green bell peppers, zucchini, Cajun seasoning, hot sauce, chicken broth, and chopped chicken breast. 3.
