I have one for this too! lol 🤣 I have a big clip that resembles an octopus and I pile my hair on top of my head and clip that in and go to sleep. This is huge for me too because I’m a side sleeper.

Actual Human Disaster ⸆⸉ :
I add some of my anti-frizz spray to my water spray bottle so that when I do the refresher spritzes in the morning it has a tiny bit of product to help with maintenance but not so much it weighs it down like the straight product would over time. I also put my sleep bonnet on while hanging upside down (think plop method) so that my hair comes out in the morning basically the same way it originally dried

I sleep in a silk bonnet as well. I keep a spray bottle of water mousse and a few sprays of leave in conditioner mixed together spray that on in the morning and leave the house once it dries i scrunch out any crunch and it looks like i spent hours on it.
