The gospel is the good news that Jesus is the Messiah and the Son of God not that he is God Himself. Scripture consistently emphasizes faith in Jesus as God's Son, not God the Son. 1 John 4:15: “Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God." It does NOT say , “confesses Jesus is God.” The emphasis is on his unique relationship to God which is God’s Son, not God Himself.John 20:31:“But these are written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.” Again, belief in his identity as the Son of God is what brings life not belief in his deity. Nowhere in Scripture are we told, “You must believe Jesus is God to be saved.” That language never appears.Instead, the gospel focuses on:Jesus as the Christ (Messiah).Jesus as the Son of God.Jesus as the one sent by God.Jesus as the one through whom God brings salvation. Its sad that you felt the need to harass this beautiful sister in Christ as if she is doing something wrong.

You know what I don't get? People act like Jehovah witnesses follow Charles Taze Russel or something? They follow Jesus and worship Jehovah. Charles Russel is dead and needs the same salvation as Joseph Smith and the rest of us. Don't come around me talking about a man from 100 years ago. 😆

Also how could Jesus be Jehovah read jhon 12:28 Jesus prayed to the father and said father glorify your name then a voice came out of heaven and said I have glorified it and will glorify it again. Now tell me what name did Jesus want glorified? You also find this in another prayer that Jesus did to his father in jhon 17 :4,6,26 verse 4 he says I have glorified you on earth haveing finished the work you have have given me to do. Verse 6 he said I have made your name manifest to the men you have given me out of the world. Verse 26 he tells Jehovah I have made your name known to them and will make known. Clearly Jesus always glorified his father and god Jehovah and made his name known and that’s exactly what Jw’s do today..

What I see is, they are trying to be respectful and also make him reason. Because to be honest we have been confronted a lot with this and we try to explain this but normally people trying to defend that Jesus and Jehovah are the same get entangle in their own explanation. So we try not to offend others but sometimes peoples believes are so deep in their hearths that even if you show them a reality they cant accept it.
