They won’t sell them until it’s clear and done in December. Too risky. I do think NASCAR is infuriated with 23XI and will try to sell them to anyone else post trial.

@brakehard so I Nascar sells the charters in August and then they lose in December/January, then what happens? Nascar won't have those charters anymore to give them back to the teams.
