My yt cowokers had an entire conversation right in front of me in a quiet office about “how dangerous and horrible countries like mexico were & how theyd rather vacation elsewhere because its so unsafe and unclean”. One of the few micro aggressions from those 2 ladies.

Once I got made fun of for pronouncing something wrong and I told them like English wasn’t my first language? And they laughed and were confused and asked “but you grew up here right”? And I was like ☠️yes? With 2 predominantly Spanish speaking parents? And they just stayed quiet 🤦🏻♀️
