@girlintheusa: My fave steak tartare recipe Dice top sirloin (keep it cold) Mix with: • ½ minced onion • 2 tbsp capers • 1 minced anchovy • 1 minced garlic clove • 2 tbsp olive oil • Salt and pepper Add 3-4 tbsp tartare mayo: Tartare mayo recipe (larger amount than needed): • 2 egg yolks • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard • 2 tsp lemon juice • 1 tsp red wine vinegar • ½ tsp Worcestershire • Salt • 1 cup olive oil Whisk then blend slowly Serve with very toasted baguette slices
