Baked Chili Cheese Dog Sliders 🌭 Ingredients: • 1 pack @kingshawaiian rolls (12-count) • 6 bun-length hot dogs (cut in half to make 12 mini dogs) • 1–1½ cups homemade chili • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Colby Jack cheese • ¼ cup diced onion (optional) • Sliced jalapeños (optional) • Mustard or other condiments (optional) • Foil, for baking Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Prepare the rolls: Keep the rolls attached and place them in a baking dish. Using a sharp knife, cut a rectangle out of the center of each row of 3 rolls (just deep enough to hold the hot dogs), and gently press the bread down to create space. 3. Add condiments of your choice to the bottom of the cutout section. 4. Place hot dogs into each roll. Bun-length dogs cut in half fit perfectly. 5. Top with chili 6. Add diced onions 7. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top. 8. Optional: Top some with sliced jalapeños 9. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. 10. Serve warm—they’ll be toasty! Cut into rolls if desired.
