here a tip for anybody dealing with an unruly officer, get the office Surety Bond number. Don't ry to sue the police force, that surety bind allows for you to sue the individual officer. You are more likely to win against the individual officer rather trying to sue the whole police unit. look it up SURETY BOND.

That Supreme Court ruling Pennsylvania v Mimms the way it is enforced is overreaching and unconstitutional. I'm not say Officer shouldn't have safety. Yet, when they get you out the automobile all your Rights go out the window. Thats with you not being under arrest. Not to mention they can legally lie and it be justified...
