Rachel was a ppl pleaser and very insecure and did not know how to express herself and what she wanted and then you had Darcy who was self absorbed and needed things to always go her way even though she knew deep down that it would negatively affect someone else even if they didn’t express that to her. The story line is crazy and they all were horrible friends in their own right but I still loved the movie 🤣

I read the books. Rachel was insecure in her friendship with Darcy cuz she was prettier and Darcy was insecure cuz Rachel was smarter. Dex was a coward cuz even though he always liked and preferred Rachel, he never said anything outright until AFTER they slept together. Rachel was so insecure that she believed it didn’t make sense for Dex to like her and she felt that when he would meet Darcy he most definitely wouldn’t be interested in her. Dex being the bitch he was didn’t even declare himself. Ethan knew about it but he was overseas and he didn’t really fuck with Darcy so he didn’t care. Rachel’s friend Hillary/Heather or whatever disliked Darcy so she wasn’t taking her foot off they necks. Allum had me fucked up.
