Yeah never eat out because 1 I don’t know if the food will be okay but mainly 2 I can’t get utensils to my mouth without at least some of it going everywhere. It’s even worse with meds because I take a lot, sometimes I find a med on the bed and then I’m not sure if it’s because I dropped it or if I knocked it out of my meds organiser and I don’t want to either take too much or too little because being even one med off is not fun

My son has dyspraxia, since his diagnosis, I'm thinking I have it. I can't swim properly, drive, have atrocious handwriting. I broke my arm when I was 12 and my writing was vastly improved with the cast on. I'm thinking it was like weighted wristbands they suggested my son. I might just be noticing things more.

slightly disappointed they missed the other more misunderstood sections of dyspraxia (from someone who has it and went to specialist testing in London for a clinical trial due to its severity)

Got incorrectly diagnosed with dyspraxia as a kid so got put in coordination classes - figured out it was just me being ADHD but by that point I had developed such good hand-eye coordination that I could catch anything without looking. TLDR: they made me so coordinated I’m basically an Xmen
