That is not where the haunting came from or started. Way before 1991. The whole area has a long history of death, tragedy, and the locals can tell you some hair raising stories that are true.

Working at kings island, I do not believe it is haunted. I’m around the tower a lot and have never had a cold chill there or anything. Even when I close the park, I don’t see anything suspicious or weird. That’s just from my experiences.

I was there in 91 and live with in 2 miles. Look into the shell factory history and as you know it right down stream. Walk the path and see the old bridge that was blown up. I promise it’s worth the experience.
