Does anyone ever use the amenities in their condo, you always need a proper gym, no one swims, so your just paying this much for a tiny apartment. Good for short term rentals.

Everybody acting like $1k for that small apartment is a lot. Where I live a studio in a decent neighborhood costs almost $1600 without any kind of amenities. I’d pay $1k for that nice place.

its called Oka haus, i stayed there. nice amenities as usual, apartments are so small tbh and the building felt far away from everything like you need to walk for at least 5 minutes to get to the nears place
