You decide 👇 🍗 Chicken Marinade (for 450g chicken tenders) • 450g chicken breast strips or mini fillets • 150ml buttermilk • 1 egg • 1 tbsp hot sauce (e.g. Frank’s or any spicy vinegar-based one) • 1 tsp salt • 1 tsp black pepper • 1 tsp smoked paprika ⏱️ Marinate at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results. ⸻ 🧂 Crispy Coating • 4 tbsp Hot & Fry mix • 4–5 tbsp plain flour • Optional: ½ tsp garlic powder or extra smoked paprika Coat straight from the marinade — press it in well! ⸻ 🍳 Frying • Oil at 170–180°C • Fry in batches until golden and cooked through (about 5–6 mins) ⸻ 🍯 Hickory Smoked BBQ Sauce • 4 tbsp hickory BBQ sauce • 1 tbsp ketchup • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar • 1 tbsp butter • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice • ½ tsp smoked paprika • ¼ tsp garlic powder • Optional: dash of hot sauce Simmer 2–3 mins until glossy, then toss tenders while hot. #wingstop #bbqtenders #homemade #crispychicken #wingstopranch
