Well then you go within, and express without. That’s how you heal. Therapist never “heal” anyone. You heal yourself by doing the necessary shadow work, taking the time and effort necessary to go within. It’s your responsibility to heal yourself and to save yourself, you have to take accountability to heal, it’s not nobody else’s responsibility except yourself. That’s what going through the darkest moment of your life teaches you, that you never, ever, needed anybody else. All you need is yourself and God. Maybe God puts us through our darkest times alone so that we understand our own power and our own pain, to make the necessary change. Maybe God takes all the fake people out your life by showing you their true colours when ur at ur lowest, so when you’re winning you don’t got leeches, leeching off of you. So that when you’re winning nobody can take the praise for helping you or saving you. So that those people don’t say you owe them anything just for helping you back up, you gotta stand up on your own. The truth is nobodies coming to save you, except yourself. Jesus saved himself he didn’t need nobody else. He went within and meditated until he had multiple spiritual awakenings and ego deaths to the point he reached enlightenment, the Christ consciousness. He was just a carpenter, a normal human being, yet after they worshipped him like he was a God, when he was trying to teach people the same thing, and he said that we are all Gods, that we are all equal, that we all could have the same “healing powers” and abilities that he has, that we all have the kingdom of heaven within us. Same as Buddha, he meditated, did shadow work from within, reaching enlightenment, Buddhist enter an area of supreme insight, they look to enter a state free of suffering, spiritual enlightenment. The truth is, everyone is just a reflection. You are a unique perspective of God, experiencing itself. All you really need is yourself, is the lesson.
