I did this in a manner of speaking. Worked at mom and pop pizza place, I ran the pizza line. The old boss of like 20yrs retired and they hired this young guy who once managed a subway. I worked for about two weeks, so he could experience how smooth everything ran, and then took 3 days off during a weekend. Shocker! It was an absolute cluster @$?&. After he never wanted to be there without me on the line.
