You're making a valid point. Ask yourself this question: Are those unemployed SA citizens willing to work as delivery guys? 1 out of 10 may accept the job offer but there's no guarantee that they'll stay in that job for long. Entitlement is a problem here, not companies.

I went to CMC Benoni for induction and I can tell you that out of the 14 people getting inducted I was one of the 2 locals there, the other guy failed his road test and I passed but I ended up not working for them because of how they treat those drivers. The reason why their drivers are always involved in accidents is because that company expects them to perform miracles on the road, with that said, you only require a matric certificate, C1 learner's license and a will to die in order to deliver for them.
