The yelling at her to get on her knees was unwarranted. The hand cuffs were unwarranted. Could have just talked with her to begin with. Cops like this should be fired.

I guarantee they’re gonna charge her with resisting arrest even though you can see she didn’t they love to do that because the more charges they get the more money they get the more proportions they get they don’t care about your rights. They don’t care about you. it’s all about money arrest And their egos.
