tbh the Champs Elysées area is always super safe, I've been there at every possible hour and there was always a ton of police officers and stuff so I'd say it's definitely not among the most dangerous areas

I stayed at a Bercy hotel (I had a bus to take early morning at Bercy station). No problem at all walking in the park at night (it was in winter)
