This man doesn’t realise how much his videos help me. My bf and I broke up a few days ago, and in the past, a break up like this would have broken me down to the point of destruction. But, I saw one of these videos and I sat down and listened to it and I just thought to myself, “you are so right.” Then another came, another and another and another. And honestly, whilst the last few days have hurt. I’ve cried. I’ve texted him and wished for things to be better… I have NOT blamed myself. I have not tried to force him to stay with me. I’ve let him go. I’m meeting new people, going out, drinking coffee, listening to new music. I haven’t fallen into old destructive habits. Whilst those thoughts have been there, I haven’t acted on them. And I truly do have to thank this man for the words he has to say in his videos. Because they really have made me sit down and think about the way everything is. I’ll be okay.
