Next time cut along the grains from top to bottom starting from the sprout side it will peel more easily! They vary in flavor from watery sweet to salty dry! I have some videos on my page!🤙🏽🥥💚💪🏼

The texture depends on how far along the sprouted coconut is at. Some of them are crunchy like Fuji apples and really sweet. Used to eat these in Tonga. Delicious.
