Agree, I completely changed during peri menopause to be a full on grandma which I am not even a grandma as too young ha ha at too young my kids aren’t old enough & definitely not ready!! ❤️💕❤️👑💕❤️👑 Keep going Queens

Not to mention the bone and heart health of estrogen…and sooo much more. When testosterone drops off it’s another brutal blow that insurance doesn’t want to cover.

I had a complete hysterectomy as part of my cancer treatment 15 years ago. I like me so much now. I’m more grounded and emotionally stable because I don’t care about so much.

I experienced this every month!! 🤣 When I filed for divorce 10 years ago from an abusive man I checked myself several times, “am doing this because my estrogen is low or is it because I am awakened?” I believe when I started to reconnect to my mind body and soul, I found freedom and it started on low estrogen 🤣🤣🤣 go figure
