What is a good beginner book to learn about herbs? My thyroid has been a problem. I’m currently on levothyroxine and it’s nearly impossible to lose weight. My husband has emphysema so any help would be appreciated.

Girl! I've had asthma symptoms ever since the doctor put me on benadryl, needed an inhaler after that. Puffed on said inhaler 8-10 times a day. Made a mullein tincture, take it every night before bed. Now I only need maybe one puff a day! It absolutely works! That lady is wrong 100% 💜

I'm allergic to Mucinex so I started taking mullein whenever I start feeling cruddy and it works like a charm. I made my mom start taking it because she's a recent ex smoker after 50 years and she says it's amazing for her.

Thank you for putting this video out for the people that do not know I used mullin in a tincture anytime I get a respiratory infection and I also have been using it to help my lungs heal because I almost died from a deadly lung infection last year

Mullein is the whooooole reason I got into herbalism. My son is off his inhalers(3 solid years), and it’s one of my go-to’s to nebulizer when we get any type of upper respiratory bugs. It’s amazing!
