While I generally agree with you, I think for those of us who spent years struggling with undiagnosed and untreated symptoms, it’s easy to lose trust in the medical field. I’m fortunate to have finally found an amazing team of doctors—but it took years, and I saw many doctors who lacked the skill to diagnose complex conditions or didn’t take the time to ask the right questions or gather a thorough history. So to be fair, a lot of the distrust people feel toward medical providers often stems from real, negative experiences or disappointing outcomes. And that kind of disillusionment can easily push people toward alternative medicine.

I did a stitch with them calling them out for this exact thing and they took their original video down which then deleted my content. I have multiple sclerosis and call out people all the time who claimed to have a cure for this disease that is completely incurable.

Family med doc here. It’s amazing how people don’t understand that all of these wellness people are out for the grift. They accuse us of being money hungry, when we don’t make any money on the tests we order or the meds we prescribe. But the wellness people sure do.

I seriously cannot deal with this any longer. I have an earned DNP as a very experienced, autonomous NP. There's zero reason for me to throw around "Dr" nor should these tons posers. Why order testing for conditions you cannot legally treat?
