If you have acne & nothing helps, this is for you💗 For years, I struggled with acne and tried countless medications (antibiotics, birth control pills, accutane). Nothing worked in the long term, and my acne always came back with vengeance. It was SO frustrating.  I now know why this is: antibiotics hugely damage the gut microbiome, causing inflammation. I discovered that what we put into our bodies has a huge impact on our skin. I began incorporating more whole, nutrient-rich foods into my diet, like fruits/vegetables, bone broth, herbal teas, grass fed proteins, juices, and herbs. But it wasn’t just about the food. I realised that true healing starts from your mindset, a lot of this is due to negative mindsets being linked with elevated cortisol (stress) levels, which drives inflammation. So, I started to practice meditation, yoga and breath-work. And quite quickly, I started seeing improvements in my skin. The breakouts became less frequent, and my confidence hugely improved!! 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽 Now, I want to help others who are going through a similar journey. I want to spread the message that healing is possible, and it starts with taking care of ourselves both inside and out.
