we found ours after 5 months 😭 some people we actually knew had taken her and the builder who worked on our house happened to recognise her in the yard next to a house he was working on! she was in such bad condition when we got her back

Someone stole our dog when I was kid. They wanted to breed her. But she was fixed a month and a half later my mom saw signs about a missing dog who matched her description. Mom was at work the 3 of us went to go and see if it was her. I wish I got that reunion on camera. Still a core memory. She wasn’t fully the same. But she was home and safe.

my dog, back when I was in my early 20s, walked around the front of the house from the back and I almost had a panic attack. I called her name and she poked her head around like, "what?" I understood in that moment what being scared, then relieved, then angry felt like🤣. I picked all 50lbs of her up and brought her in the house.

Found my girl on day 93. I had given up on day 90. I had put up so many flyers a woman at a park 4 miles away took a picture of the flyer and spotted my girl hiding on the freeway landscape a few days later. I couldn’t believe it! She was skin and bones, I don’t think she would have lasted much longer. These stories are remarkable!
