Ice dilutes cocktails and Europeans just have a more refined palette - we don’t want a watery, sugary “cocktail”, we want the real thing :). I’ve never been served a “lukewarm” margarita anywhere in Europe - they’re shaken with ice beforehand. Try going to a nicer place!

I've lived in the country of Europe my whole live and been a legal drinker for more then half of it. In all my travels I've never been served lukewarm cocktails. And I've never experienced that places don't serve ice. This woman has either been extremely unlucky or maybe they're just doing this on purpose to her because she's from USA.
