A part of me thinks that she was probably calling someone she was supposed to meet outside and was just looking out to see where they were. She probably didn’t mean to take the stuff she was going to buy. Maybe she didn’t know she could leave the merchandise there, since she’s a tourist and things work differently in India. She might have thought that if she left it unattended, someone would take it.

I agree in the way people are now just making fun of the race as a whole and making fun of the lady’s accent. At the same time tho I understand why people called her the “Indian target lady” because it’s a very easy way to specify the lady rather than calling her the target lady which is like soooo many people. I agree if it were a white lady they wouldn’t call her “white target lady” but maybe if she was Russian or another identifiable type of white person they would call her by race/ethnicity. I don’t think people are being racist by calling her Indian because it’s just what she is and often if it isa white Karen or sum they usually give her some other name since there r so many. But idk why people are so stuck on the lady’s accent? Like bro her accent isn’t that crazy. People should talk about the lady and not her race the lady’s race has nothing to do with her actions. People shouldn’t also generalize and hate on all Indians… everyone is an individual with decisions that are made off their brain not ethnicity.
