Lasts 2-3 days in the fridge. 1 can great northern beans 1 can garbanzo beans 1 small can sliced olives 1 sliced pepperoncinis (I was out) 1 cup cucumber 1/2 cup red onion 1 roasted bell pepper or fresh will work also 1/4 cup chopped parsley When ready to eat top with: • salami • feta cheese crumbles • dressing, I like the Italian dressing from Olive Garden #weightlossmeals #healthymealstokeepyoufull
