My Manager is threatening to cancel my PTO that was approved by her months ago. She also told me she could replace me if I didn’t cancel my vacation. my boss doesn't allow vacation at the end of the year for the last 2 wks of dec. he really needed me to work for my July vacation. we had inventory, I said let's make a deal. I ended up cancelling PTO and got the last week of dec. it was worth the trade

I’m sure if an employer wants to cancel your holidays they need to give you the same amount of notice, for example if you book 2 weeks off they need to give you 2 weeks notice
