@dailysunofficial: On Wednesday, 23 July, the Roodepoort Magistrates Court heard that murder-accused Tiffany Meek asked for a cigarette upon her arrest, claiming she would die without one. According to Sergeant Nceba Diko, the investigating officer in the case, Tiffanny Meek was offered a chance to call her attorney, but she refused, insisting on a cigarette to help her breathe, instead. “All she wanted was to smoke, because she said she was going to die,” Diko told the court. “She said she was losing her breath and for her to be okay, she had to smoke. I offered her a phone to make a call, but all she wanted was a cigarette.
