I don't understand how engineers don't think about things like this. There must have been several engineers working on that building. I guess everything is planned and measured and what could happen is determined. Could the sun reflect off the windows and so on. I guess it's all calculated. I don't understand. Were they done by unprofessional people or what?

I never really gave much thought to architecture or new buildings that were going up until I was in London and saw some truly ugly edifices that are beng built...how do you make an ugly building?
