I’ve never tried it. I was on a glp-1 got really really sick last week had to do to the ER. I can’t take those shots that’s twice I tried. I need to lose over 150 lbs. my legs swell seriously bad and I stay dehydrated. I’m a single mom. I would really love to try this. I need electrolytes for real to get my hydrated
